? Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Are you a management consultant, a business advisor, a technologist… what exactly do you do?
A: Fair question — and not an easy one to answer in a single title. I work at the intersection of technology, operations, and leadership, helping businesses tackle complex challenges in real time.
I’m not the kind of consultant who just delivers a strategy deck and walks away — I work side by side with teams to design solutions, implement them, and make sure they stick. That might mean mapping workflows, coaching staff, reverse-engineering a solution to an operational problem, or stepping in to troubleshoot a technical issue in areas like networking, infrastructure, or cybersecurity.
Whether I’m doing the work myself, guiding a trusted partner, or working with your internal team, I bring both strategic oversight and hands-on technical expertise. If you’re looking for someone who can bridge the gap between vision and execution — at any level — that’s where I come in.

Q: What kinds of businesses do you typically work with?
A: Most of my work is with organizations where complex operations meet equally complex technology — often in industries like logistics, warehousing, supply chain, healthcare, and software platforms.
I’m typically brought in when something needs to scale, stabilize, or be rethought entirely — whether it’s launching a new facility, untangling systems that no longer work, or helping cross-functional teams align around process and performance.
That said, I don’t limit myself by industry. If your business runs on a mix of people, process, and technology — and you’re wrestling with how to make it all work better — I can help.
Q: How are your services structured — is it project-based, hourly, or something else?
A: I keep things flexible so I can match the way your business actually works. That might mean a fixed-scope project, a weekly retainer, or an hourly engagement for a specific piece of work.
Some clients bring me in to lead a full initiative from start to finish. Others need short-term support during a critical phase, or someone who can quickly jump in, troubleshoot, and deliver results with minimal ramp-up.
Whatever the format, I’m there to drive progress, solve problems, and leave things better than I found them.

Q: Do you work remotely or on-site?
A: Both — and it depends on what the work calls for. I regularly collaborate with remote teams and can drive projects forward from anywhere. But when boots-on-the-ground support is needed, I show up.
The warehouse floor, the bowels of your networking closets, repairing equipment hanging from the rafters, or the boardroom — I go where I’m needed, and I get things moving either way.
Q: Can you help us figure out what we need, even if we’re not sure where to start?
A: Absolutely — that’s often where I come in. Sometimes the biggest challenge is just putting shape to the problem. I’ll ask the right questions, look at how things are actually running day to day, and help surface the real issues behind the symptoms.
Whether you need a quick triage, a deep dive, or just a sounding board, I’ll meet you where you are and work forward from there.
